I have lived in Buchanan County for most of my life with the exception of the 4 college years at King University in Bristol, Tennessee. I received a degree in psychology and elementary education and taught school (mostly special education) for 13 years.
After leaving the teaching profession, I decided to pursue my dream of owning a dress shop; so, I opened “Loretta’s Bridal and Formal Shop” and operated this business for 30 years. At one time, I had shops in Bristol, VA; Pikeville, KY; and Grundy, VA. I then sold the shops and decided to become a Realtor.
I received my real estate license in 2001, and since then, I have had the pleasure of assisting customers in buying and selling their home.
I love working with people, I love selling, and I love beautiful homes. Being a real estate agent allows me to do all of these, and I look forward to doing this for many years.
I have spent considerable time throughout southwest Virginia and am able to assist future clients in selling/buying properties all over this beautiful region.
